How to fast Utorrent software
Step1 :-open utorrent click Options > Preferences > Connection > (now show Connection data)
Step2 :-Ok" edit this (Port used for incoming connections [45682]) and deseble (randomize port each start [X] )
Step3 :- click Bandwidth edit rhis number list
maximum upload rate (kb/s); [0; unlimited] [ 10 ]
maximum Download rate (kb/s); [0; unlimited] [ 200 ]
global maximum number of connections [ 200 ]
maximum number of connected peers per torrent [ 1890 ]
nomber of upload slots per torrent [ 14 ]

Start >Run > type (%appdata%) > click Utorrent Folder Delete (settings.dat)
click Ok' Now test torrent
