How To Delete Partition on USB drive or SD Card

Step 1:- Open an command prompt. (CMD)

Step 1:- Type diskpart press Enter

Step 2:- Type list disk press Enter

Step 3:- Note the disk number that corresponds to your USB drive (Now show Dick size)

Step 4:- select disk D press Enter where D is the number from you USB drive or SD Card Driver number

Step 5:- list partition press Enter - There should be two, numbered E and B. Example

Step 6:-  Type select partition E press Enter

Step 7:-Type delete partition press Enter

Step 8:-Type select partition B press Enter

Step 9:-Type delete partition press Enter

Step 10:-Type create partition primary press Enter

Step 11:- exit

In Windows, go to Computer and try to open the disk.

How to partition an SD card/flash drive

Step 1:- Open an command prompt. (CMD)

Step 2:- Type diskpart press Enter

Step 3:- select you disk example Type select disk 1 press Enter

Step 4:- Type list part press Enter

Step 5:- type clean. Afterwards type list part

Step 6:-Type create partition primary press enter

type list part to confirm that the new partition has been created.
